One of the reasons why I got into making my own music was actually because of “Savage Garden” way back in the day… I figured it would be fitting that I make a cover of one of my favourite songs by Savage Garden and give it to you as a freebie!
Ladies and gentlemen, may I present to you my new 6 track EP full of completely new content and one exclusive “Hello Father” remix done by Adam Raymond, not featured on the Hello Father – Remixes album. This EP features 3 new songs “Pretty Suicide” “Monster You Created” and “Play (One More Time)”, Adam Raymond’s “Hello Father (Dark vs. Light Remix)”, an acoustic stripped down version of “Black Widow” from Breathing The Machine, and a Beta Mode version of a new song called “VII” which may be featured on the next full length release!
I promised you new material soon, so here you go! Enjoy the Rebirth – EP featured on my Bandcamp page!
Digital distribution has gone through and now there are a number of places you can pick up a copy of “Breathing The Machine”! You can purchase it through CDBaby (Digital and physical album), my Bandcamp (where you can get the Deluxe Edition and signed physical album), the FiXT Store (Digital download), and now iTunes! More places will be popping up real soon and I’m sure if you search online for Bullet of Reason – Breathing The Machine some of the other online retail stores will pop up.
For those of you who have already bought the album, I cannot thank you enough for your support! You all rock my world and seriously it’s such an awesome feeling to know that there’s people out there rocking out to my tunes. If you’ve got yourself a copy of the album, why not leave a review of it on one of the different retailers? I’d love to hear what you think of it!
More updates to come very soon about places where you can buy the album………. and the progress on the new one that is already in the making!
Wow… is this really happening? Am I dreaming? This album is FINALLY released? Believe me, I’m just as shocked as you are.
But even though it feels like a dream, there’s really no going back now is there?
This album has been in the making for about 6 years now (yes, I started it even while I was finishing up my first album “Assault on Your Reckoning”). A lot of the lyrics were compiled over many years and it took me awhile to try to sort it all out to make some sense of it all. Some stuff from my old Platinum Dragon17 days, some stuff from my old DoublEdged days, and of course new material based on life experiences and the ups and downs that took place. It’s been a hell of a roller coaster ride which would really explain why this album was the longest album I’ve ever spent any time on. I think it’s fair to say that I’m extremely happy to have this weight lifted off my shoulders!
Now for those of you who were strapped in to this ride from the get-go, I salute you! And for those of you who just recently joined me on this unforgiving journey, welcome and please keep your hands and legs inside the vehicle at all times… I can’t promise you that it’s always going to be a smooth ride, but I can tell you that it’ll be interesting. Thank you all so very much for being a part of this with me and really being more than just fans to me. I seriously cannot even begin to express how grateful I am to have made such awesome friends along the way and without sounding all sappy, I really do cherish you all! Group hug!!!
It really did feel like this ride would never end… but really, has it ended? This is only the beginning for me and I’m already working on some new material for the next album as well as some other side projects I can’t wait to share with you when I can.
And now, without further a due… Allow me to make it all official.
Breathing The Machine is officially released, and is ready to attack your ear holes!
For those of you who came out to my wedding this year, first of all I can’t thank you enough for celebrating such an awesome day with Kattryna and myself. As you saw and heard, I went behind the decks on my wedding and spun some tunes for you all… which lead to A LOT of you that wanted to get your hands on a copy of my set. Then the word spread to many people that I dropped some tunes down and then even more of you wanted to get a copy of what I played that night.
So here it is! A free download JUST FOR YOU of what I played on November 17th, 2012. I’ve also included the setlist so you know what you’re listening to!
You can stream it and/or download it (to download, just right-click and Save As)
